The Wifi Version Ac Ev Charger Cannot Be Added by TUYA

Received a feedback from customers today, this is also a common problem.

The user has installed the WiFi version AC EV charger in an environment with WiFi coverage, but the device cannot be found when adding products with TUYA. What is the reason?

In fact, the main reason is that a device can only be added by a TUYA, the reason why you can not add, because this device has been added by TUYA, for example, when the factory product test, the staff needs to use TUYA add the charger to test product functions. And then forgot to delete the device after the test.

At this time, you only need to press the emergency stop button on the side of the device, hold it for 5 seconds, and hear a beep, indicating that the device has returned to the factory state. At this point, you can reopen TUYA to add the device.
